The system is so simple that even in a short time a complex robotic hand can be assembled from our gripping parts that meets your requirements. With a variety of over 1,900 elements, you can design the required gripper precisely.

According to your requirements, we design complex robotic hands for removing plastic parts from our grippers, such as grippers, vacuum suction devices, cutting pliers and profiles, for example, for removing plastic parts and integrating them into your automation system. Our gripper parts are available in different size series, the parts of which are all matched and compatible. For standard components, we have a high availability of the individual parts in our warehouse.

  Of course, individual special constructions of gripping parts are also possible according to your requirements. For this purpose, our OPT standard components are combined with special parts and individual products to create special solutions. For example, individual components made of polyamide (e.g. contours), lightweight components made of carbon (e.g. carbon tube system) or coated gripping elements (e.g. with EP coating, PTFE or flock) can be integrated.

Over the course of time, many special solutions for gripper parts have been included in our catalogue as standard grippers and have thus helped to optimally expand the range for you.

 Many of our gripper parts are surface-finished by anodizing, creating an extremely hard and scratch-resistant surface. Thanks to X-profiles with a form-fitting groove stone, your design remains stable even after a long service life and changing load conditions.
